What kind of game is Poker?
Poker is one of the most well-known strategy card games in the world. Beyond luck, your thinking and strategy play a big role, which is why it attracts so many players. Build the best 5-card hand and rank higher than your opponents to win the pot.
inf889 offers Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Three Card Poker, and Video Poker, so every player can enjoy the format they prefer. You can also join live tables with real card-dealing Live Dealers inside the Live Casino section.

Poker Formats Available at inf889
The Poker family includes many different game formats. Here are the main ones available on the inf889 platform.
Texas Hold'em
The most widely used format in Poker tournaments worldwide. Each player receives 2 cards and combines them with 5 community cards to form the best possible hand.
Most PopularOmaha
Similar to Texas Hold'em, but each player starts with 4 cards. You must use exactly 2 of those 4 cards combined with 3 community cards, making strategy deeper.
High StrategyThree Card Poker

Fast-PacedVideo Poker
A classic card game format loved long before slots came along. Draw and swap cards on a machine-style screen to form a hand and win.
Solo PlayLive Dealer Poker

Poker Strategies for Beginners
Understand Your Position
In Poker, where you sit has a big impact on how you play. Sitting after the Dealer Button gives you an advantage because you can see what your opponents do before making your decision.
Bankroll Management
Bankroll Management is a strategy that balances your wins and losses. You should not put more than 5% of your bankroll into a single pot.
Study Your Opponents
Pay attention to how your opponents bet, where they can be bluffed, and when they fold. This information helps you make better decisions during the game.
Avoid Tilt
Tilt is when losses cause you to make reckless decisions. If your losses are piling up, take a short break and clear your head.
